I’m Kristian Barnett, owner of Everglades Bookkeeping LLC. After studying accounting at Florida Atlantic University, I started this firm to help business owners stay organized, understand their finances, and spend more time actually running their businesses.
Today I work strictly with agency owners and freelancers — marketing agencies, solo operators, and AI studios — because their books have a rhythm most bookkeepers never learn. Since 2025, that focus has helped 40+ businesses take the stress out of tax time by staying return-ready all year.

Who do you help?
Marketing agency owners, freelancers, and AI agency owners who are too busy running their business to deal with bookkeeping — and don’t want to stress about their numbers anymore. Most clients come to us when:

- They’re unsure if their numbers are accurate

How often will my books be serviced?
Weekly. Client accounts are serviced every week, with full bank and credit card reconciliations each month and monthly financial reports delivered to you (and your CPA, if you’d like).
Do you work with my CPA or tax preparer?
Closely — it’s the whole point. We keep your books clean, consistent, and CPA-ready at all times, and we ask every client to connect us with their tax professional so tax season is hand-off simple. Many of our clients are referred to us by their accountants.
What do you not do?
We stay in our lane. We don’t offer fractional CFO services, tax preparation or filing, payroll processing, accounts payable or receivable, or accrual accounting. If you need any of those, we’ll point you to someone good.
What does it cost?
Flat monthly pricing, quoted after your free bookkeeping review — based on transaction volume and how far behind the books are. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
